“Recently used the service five times during my latest trip. All the drivers were professional, well dressed, helpful and more than happy to assist us. The cars were all beautiful, new and very clean. Excellent service was provided all the way around. I love the app as well, though it did take some time to get to a human to help me make a last-minute change, but it was eventually done and everything went smoothly. The AI chat was a little difficult to work with, so my only request would have been to make it easier to reach a human sooner.”
