During that time, the service we have personally received has been second to none. As a result of our commitment to the company, we are part of the exclusive Chairman’s Club where we receive amazing offers, gifts but most of all, access to a dedicated team of staff who, over the years, we have become to class as friends.
Communication has always been fantastic, even throughout the disruption caused by Covid, queries are responded to and answered efficiently and effectively. We were grateful to be fully supported 100% during a recent last minute cancellation and insurance claim, thankfully making it a seamless process. In my opinion, they are a company who cares.
Over the years, their catalogue of holidays has expanded and offers trips to many long and medium haul destinations with varying prices and offers to suit everyone and being fully ABTA /ATOL protected is a bonus.
