“Contact with BMS was very positive--the people I spoke with were always polite and helpful.
The reason for the 4 rather than the 5 is that I was only made aware by Copart at quarter to five on the day arranged that collection was cancelled. I then had to ring BMS and then Copart to rearrange a date--I would have expected them to ring me to make new arrangments.
That said, the collection went very well--the driver from Copart rang me in advance of arriving, was very helpful and th whoel thing went through smoothly.”

“Gave highest price for my car I could find anywhere. Office staff were very professional and courteous, driver was spot on. Arrived at 10:00 am on day quoted, money was in my account within a couple of hours. Simply make sure you are honest when you initially tell them the state of your car and you will have very little trouble. Brilliant service all the way round. Highly recommend.”

“BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Failed to turn up on collection day. Then tried to have me pay a cancellation fee and the Ā£20'deposit back. Threatened with police and county court. š¤£š¤£š¤£failed to understand that when deposit was paid it was an agreement to collect my car on the said date. They failed to show up and are not legally entitled to their deposit back. NOT A VERY NICE COMPANY AT ALL. Look elsewhere. Don't deal with these Shady con artists!!”
