“Was seamless and efficient from start to finish. Polite helpful customer service representative, easy to complete a quote and get a price online, booked an appointment online for collect 2 days after accepting quote. Collection went without hitch. I was concerned that my vehicle might not start and move easily as it had been stood, but I managed to get it start ok, however had I not got it started the Collection driver said it wouldn't have been a problem they would have winched it on. The vehicle had a few scuffs that I hadn't recalled and hence hadn't told them , but again it was acceptable as it was and the collection went ahead and the agreed payment was promptly processed.
