“Service from Bolt and Nut Australia was great! Your courier provider 'couriers please' was hopeless. Claimed they'd tried to drop it off but nobody was home and there was no where safe to leave, when I was home and also have a safe place to leave items. They didn't leave a collection card and then 2 days later dropped it off at a 7 eleven ages from my house. I get many things delivered to my house, this was the worse delivery service I have ever received. I still have to make it to the pick up point, which I won't be able to do until the end of the week.”

“I thought that I was buying 2 bolts M6 with hex socket drive about 40 mm long full thread from the photo. However what arrived was about 5 mm long. I found difficulty finding what I wanted from your website.”

I have checked your order and I suspect when you clicked on the dropdown to show the lengths available for that size you left the cursor on the 6mm as that is the first length in the list.
