“Hi there I've given you a good review rating of 4 out of 5 stars, the 4 rather than a 5 mainly because I hate being harangued by organizations asking for ratings or reviews. This review process is annoying in all the expectations it raises such as rating Bolt and Nut Australia as well as rating customer service and the actual screws themselves that I ordered. I find this really dumb. Dr Don Stanley”

“I want everything cheaper is why 4stars. great service and delivery. quality materials. I wanted to suggest neglecting the unnecessary bubble wrap around every container of screws. i ended up with a ton of packaging that didnt seem warranted considering it wasnt food”

Hi Benjamin, thanks for your feedback. We have had soo many issues with couriers damaging kits in transit we probably do at times go a little overboard. Maybe not in your case but most of our packaging is recycled and reused. Because our product is often heavy and bulky, the mindset of the delivery companies is it can handle being heavy-handed, hence the packaging. Regards Michael
