“Our customer service experience with Sam, Chris, and Michael was great. These guys had a good sence of urgency and were very helpful in providing any additional information that we needed in regard to specs, dimensions, and turn around times. However, our experience would have been much better if Bolt & Nut Australia's source of products had chosen a better forwarder for the goods.Goods were delivered to the wrong address and there was some chasing that had to happen to ensure we receive the product as we needed to go through some processes at our end to make the item ready for marketing purposes.”

“Extension bars purchased were very good quality. The first lot ordered arrived very quickly. A pitty I ordered the second lot over the Christmas period as the delivery was delayed and their communication wasnt great.”

“The ordered part arrived on time and in reasonable (not excessive) packaging. The variety of the part I wanted (a certain bolt) was so large that I had to carefully measure the hole it was going into.”
