Hi David Thanks for your review. I just tried calling you but your mobile number is missing one digit. I have checked and your order was collected from our Brisbane warehouse 3 hours after you placed it online by Aust Post on Wednesday 4th January. They delivered it to the ACT Monday 9th January at 12.05pm. 3 business days is pretty good. Is it possible you are referring to another order? Regards Michael

“Had what I needed , when I needed and at a good price .. my only suggestion is make is very clear on your website that pick up is not prefered, would also be nice to make picking up a little more stream lined if you had not yet placed an online order or wanted delivery previous to turning up .. sometimes you just cannot wait for a delivery and have to collect as was my case for an urgent job ... luckily I had my smart ph with and could log onto the site to generate an order whilst i waited. All said and done very friendly biusness staff, I will definately be using these guys again and without any hesitation. Regards,”
