But two things bothered me last time I got there. It is unfortunate that bpost displays misleading opening hours. All financial counters at the Laeken str. office all close at 17h30, not at 18h as mentioned at the entrance of the building, on the website and everywhere else. I noticed that lots of people were prevented to enter the premises after 17h30. Please change the user information or adjust to the official schedule. Also the 100€ bank note I got at the bpost ATM could not be changed at the counters easily ("we are not change agents", I will do it once and once only. Note that it is exceptional").”
