Nothing is too much trouble kind of attitude which is very refreshing. I tried to call them and they didn't answer. 10 minutes later they called me back to see if they could help....from my initial enquiry to receiving my item I have had a good experience and will definitely be back. I am happy with my dining table and chairs.

I ordered a dining table and at first I was very hesitant about ordering online without seeing the quality but when the table arrived I was really nicely surprised. The table is fantastic. Really good quality and exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It was in stock so when I made the order on Saturday it arrived really quickly- it was with me on Wednesday. The delivery man was super kind and helped me carry the table upstairs. I couldn’t wish for a better service and better stock quality. Thank you. You made my day.

There was a delay with the delivery but they kept me informed and I was very glad that I waited. I am happy with my purchase.

After viewing this company on line I decided to call them, the lady on the phone was very informative and answered all of my questions regarding a table and chairs of which I then purchased. They came perfectly packaged with no damage. I am very pleased with the table and chairs they look great! Thank you !

Great quality furniture and very stylish, exactly as on website. Staff very helpful, returned calls on time . Arrived a week later than specified but delivery easy and good delivery men

Customer service was good The item came earlier than expected and was packaged well The description of the table was poor We were unable to see the table in the showroom which you need to when would have been an advantage although we did see a sample

The products they supply are of good quality. Keeping customers updated when waiting for an order particularly when they have long lead dates would be appreciated and the reason I did not score 5 *

I placed my order and received confirmation quickly. Unfortunately i had to follow this up some weeks later as i had heard nothing about delivery from the courier. B&J were extremely helpful and followed this up and I now have my unit.

Lynette 150cm white high gloss TV Stand. Standard Covid world logistical delays. Both items are lovely when build. The building instructions are not good to follow and it took my brother 4 hours to complete both items. He is very proficient with flat packs / self-builds and he was not happy with the instructions as they were not orientated to screws to what part of the cabinet. TV Cabinet - You can't get a sealed plug through the back hole. Those issues withstanding - they are both lovely pieces of furniture and fit well into my newly built property and its decor.

Ordered a tv unit, slight delay with delivery but once arrived really pleased - quality is excellent, took a few hours to build and looks amazing with the tv on it, so very happy. Would recommend Briggs & Jones and would definitely look to use them again when I need new furniture,

Sideboard arrived flat packed ( paid to have it assembled ) but sorted very quickly, great service above all a lovely unit I’m very pleased with it

Waited weeks longer than promised for table. No one contacted me. On enquiring told there were issues with quality. Then took longer than it should to get my money back. I would give 5 starts for inspecting and rejecting the table before sending out and 2 stars for communication.

I have a feeling I know which order this is related to, if I am correct there were some issues with your order. We had one of the tables you ordered in stock however it was not in the box therefore we did not want to send it out to you as receiving a table unboxed would not be a good experience and you agreed that you would rather wait for a new table. After a wait we did advise that we could deliver the table that was unboxed to you at a discounted price. You was sent a picture of the table unboxed, we were honest and upfront sending a picture of the table beforehand to demonstrate that there was a small flaw where the coating seemed to have not covered properly. This was sized less than a quarter of a 5 pence piece and you advised that you did not want to have this delivered. We did not try to deliver the table to you knowing there was a flaw regardless of how small it was ( you probably would not have really noticed it on receipt) which demonstrates that we stand by our word on only providing quality products. Regarding the refund, this will be looked into on our return.

So did have a rubbish time with this company to start with of not getting part of my furniture when expected and I did feel that I was given lots of excuses over a long period of time. However, they have refunded me and sorted everything out in the end and explained why the situation occurred in the first place. They had tried things in the background which unfortunately did not rectify the matter. They do have some lovely furniture . I would buy again but maybe not if I needed for a specific date if they didn’t have it already in stock.

Thank you Kim for leaving your review and we appreciate honest reviews. Yes this order has turned into a bit of a disaster. One element of your order ran smoothly and there was no issue. The second item yes, the manufacturer decided they did not want to produce that colour however we did come up with a solution and that was to custom spray an item to match the one you already have. Although it is a bit of a faff on our behalf these are the steps we would take to ensure that your order is completed successfully. In all our emails we have been courteous. I can see that all emails have been responded to. It is actually impossible for us to delete items from a thread. The only way a thread can be deleted is from your own computer. Any email threads would remain on your computer, we would not be able to retract an email you have already received. I agree that this has not been the best experience, had there not been an issue with the coffee table everything would be hunky dory. Since this review was placed we have had a telephone conversation which was a pleasant one and we look forward to your review being altered once the solution we agreed on the phone has been reached.

Thank you for your review, if you have given us one star based on the fact that you thought this was assembled it is important that you understand that you selected the option for it not to be assembled when checking out. It asks if assembly required and you selected "no". On the drop down option you can select yes and pay the additional amount for it to be delivered assembled. If you double check your order you will see that this is an oversight on you part because you did not select yes for it to be assembled and this review is not accurate or deserved. We appreciate honest reviews however on this occasion you did make a mistake which is fine, these things can happen however it would be appreciated if your review could be amended to reflect that it was an oversight on your part. We did not state it did not need assembly, you have the option to select yes or no for assembly and you selected no. I am sure you will agree that the unit itself is lovely and good quality. Thank you in anticipation of you doing the right thing and updating this review.

Nice products but rubbish customer service. Very long wait time for delivery with no communication from the company except when I emailed them (though they did reply relatively quickly when I messaged). Only ended up getting the products delivered after several times of emailing asking for confirmation. Several times they said they would get back to us with a delivery confirmation "tomorrow" and did not until I chased again, sometimes weeks later. Ordered in April, got the table and most of the chairs end of July, two chairs missing, and still not delivered by November. Customer service person answering emails pleasant and apologetic, but it really isn't acceptable to have to constantly chase a delivery, it should be up to the company to provide a delivery estimate/date and contact the customer if there is a delay.

Thank you for your review. Yes I agree that the time it has taken for the remaining two chairs has been excessive. After checking them 2 of them did not pass quality checks and we would not want to deliver anything to you in less than good condition which is why they were held back and replacements ordered. We will have them with you as soon as we can.
