“I have bought various ladders from Browns and have always been very happy with them and the process. Unfortunately my recent purchase got stuck at customs (ladder from the USA), but I was kept well informed by the sales team and the issue was very much out of their hands.”

“Very prompt service. Unfortunately the product was slightly damaged though not such as to justify returning it but when I mentioned to the company I was offered a £10.00 discount which I accepted.”
