"I was extremely pleased with the 4.2m Henchman ladder with platform that I bought; it is an excellent piece of kit, just what I was looking for. I have very high hedges and uneven garden levels.\r\nI can\u2019t believe how sturdy it is and how confident\/ safe I feel when at the top of a 4m ladder.\r\nIt also helps that considering its size it is very light and manageable. The flexible legs are an added bonus as not all my garden is flat, and being able to adapt the ladder to the variable ground levels is really useful.\r\nBrown\u2019s delivery was very prompt, within 48 hours of placing my order.\r\n\r\nThe only complaint would be that the claws on one of the feet were bent and I had to use a wrench to straighten them before I could fit the rubber fitting - no drama, but that should have been checked before leaving the factory.\r\nGreat ladder - why have I been risking myself all these years, should have bought one ages ago."
