Then ignore calls and emails avoid im stuck paying 22.99 for 6 months for something that isn't worth it!"

"Toys are not sturdy or durable, lasted 5 minutes after my dog got hold of it, I tried to cancel after first order but was told that If I carried on then it would be a discounted price and more suitable toys, they are not, they are dangerous and a dog could choke on it or could swallow part of the toy and then need an expensive operation or worse. Three toys and 2 bags of treats and a chicken flavoured bone with a label on it from Wilko !!!! is definitely not worth the money."

"This company is a scam!!! Toys they send is nowhere near value you pay for. Not to mention my dog has destroyed every single toy recived and his only 7 months old. On top of all this. You can't cancel subscription once you select term you want to use with them. \r\nI selected 6 months but actual billing cycle is 7 months not 6 so they get maximum money out of you no matter how much you don't want it. You pay \u00a322 and what you getbi side is worth less then \u00a37 really don't waste your money read all the other negative reviews. You have been worned this was 1 of the worst mistakes of my life hands down. And legally you can't do anything as you agree with their crappy terms and conditions. Sham site sham company and very unprofessional stay away."

"5 shades of green! How many greens do you need in life?\r\n\r\nI received the 4th BusterBox today and I have to say that the company failed to manage my expectation and the consumers\u2019 experience level keeps dropping every month. I am normally easy to pleased but I feel disappointed with the service quality BB claimed. I received a green toy in my 2nd box, 2 green toys in my 3rd box and 2 more green toys in my 4th box. They don\u2019t pay attention to what you get. Just throw whatever they have in the box. Imagine that you go to shop for your own dog, would you buy the same colour toy every time? Box 1 and 4 toys are almost identical. Not to mention that tedious \u00a36.99 extra pupgrade does not worth paying for at all. \r\n\r\nI received a toy which they claimed to cost \u00a36.99. I found an exact same one (rosewood brand) on Amazon at \u00a33.99! (free delivery)\r\n\r\nThey keep sending emails inviting you to invest with them. Judging from their business strategy and attitude towards customers, this business model is not sustainable. People will come to realise they have been fooled. \r\n\r\nI can\u2019t wait til my subscription ends. Hope my review is helpful for those still making decision. \r\n"
