“CareerCert is amazing! Probably the best place I've found to do my CEs. I really appreciate how the online webinars were put together. I liked freely being able to skip around, go back, replay the webinars freely, and then take a quiz that the instructor put together. I loved hearing the instructor talking with students during the webinar as I was just going through and watching it from the archive. I had some problems with just old-seeming UI or technical errors, but a swift email back from the support guy fixed any problems up quickly. He's awesome!”

“Quick suggestion--have a "history" tab somewhere easily accessible in the sidebar menu so I can see what I've completed. Right now I can see how many hours I've done, but I have no clue what is finished.”

“It was okay. I was somewhat bored with the presentation and the system didn't want to cooperate when starting the videos and doing the slides. I got my certificate before I even watched the video.”

“Frustrating that you get the coupon codes for the discounts that you have to call customer service. I did leave a message and received a call back within an hour and it all went great after that. Love the flexibility of the courses and the content is great.”

“Is there a way to sort electives by how many you can earn for a class? Can I sort by only nj approved courses? How do I get the 20 percent off winter sale? When I just bought it? And only just used it ?”

“I’ve had difficulty getting in to my classes every time. There has not been the “join” button and I’ve needed assistance every time. As of now, I missed one class because offices were closed for holiday. Otherwise, it has been a positive experience.”

“Very good learning service. I had a problem with accessing one of my classes and it was resolved quickly. I emailed for help and got a fast response. The class was well structured. I would 10/10 recommend for Recertification and Continuing Education!”

“Hmmm. Very in depth. Some is above even paramedic range. Having difficulty managing courses if i have to exit and come back. Have had to repeat to get to the exams, etc.”

“I thought the content was relevant and informative. A bit long winded at times. I thought the content should have done a better job of preparing you for the follow up test. I was a bit puzzled on why you would have us perform a matching quiz on terms and definitions before any of it was covered first.”

“I can’t work on my certs whenever I have time because the website doesn’t always load properly. It’s hit or miss at this point and I don’t always expect it to function properly which defeats the purpose of obtaining CEs on my own time.”
