“While I think Careercert has a great set up, comprehensive learning material and easy to navigate web, the coursework is very extensive and overarching. I feel like I went back to school all over again. I would recommend Careercert for anyone who needs a serious refresher (i.e. EMTs who've been out of school for some time, off the job, or half-studied). Otherwise, for seasoned EMTs/medics, it's a bit much. If Careercert allowed you to control the slides at your own pace and allowed the exam to activate after 45 min (which is minimum requirement for 1 CEU), then Careercert would be A1!!!”

“So I bought this CE over the Xmas holiday while it was on sale. SUCKER. Yes that's me. Worst EMS CE I have ever used and i have been a certified EMT and above for 45 yrs. Do yourself a favor and choose a better provider. I am on my 3rd CE from them right now, a subject I know a great deal about Scuba diving injuries. My PADI instructor #22170 affirms I have a great deal experience with the subject matter. Format is downright laborious to listen to. Figuring out the computer system itself is down right painful, several sections ended but you were forced to do them over again to move to the next one. Hope by now you are feeling my pain for a 1.5 hr ce that has already made me listen for 2hrs and still not over.... my next problem with the format is that you can't print any of the material for future reference or later review. If I can ever get to the test I will add to this review. However, at this time I highly recommend you save your time and money a choose a different provide.”

“I find it difficult to locate instructor ceu opportunities, especially now with the COVID issues. I thought the courses on CareerCert were applicable and reasonably priced.”

“There just isn’t enough classes. There are a handful of courses that are around an hour, but the salad bar is lacking in choices. What if you walked into subway and ultimately were only able to order 4 different subs? I had a friend get this a while back a swore by it, I get it and I feel like I’m being handed government cheese.”

“Customer service is great. Self paced courses are disappointing given all available technology today. It is essentially read a section and then take an end of chapter test. Content is not always current and evidence based.”

“The navigation is cumbersome and not consistent. Having to register to several sections is frustrating. The interfaces are not consistent. Seems sloppily thrown together and lacks consistency. The Medic CE interface was more user-friendly and smoothly navigated.”
