While I think Careercert has a great set up, comprehensive learning material and easy to navigate web, the coursework is very extensive and overarching. I feel like I went back to school all over again. I would recommend Careercert for anyone who needs a serious refresher (i.e. EMTs who've been out of school for some time, off the job, or half-studied). Otherwise, for seasoned EMTs/medics, it's a bit much. If Careercert allowed you to control the slides at your own pace and allowed the exam to activate after 45 min (which is minimum requirement for 1 CEU), then Careercert would be A1!!!
