“Disappointed not cotton anymore, heavier than cotton rugs I have to take off my horse every morning as he gets too sweaty under that weight and material, polyester should only be used for rain coats not summer rugs when humidity is 99%”
“I have been messed around with your customer service team and did not feel getting $40 cash points was fair after what I had to go through. I know we are all human and people make mistakes. I feel if you want customers to return something because you made the error. I should not have to print out the postage return slip a postage bag could have been sent with the the correct rug.

I am so sorry for the mix up on the rug in the bag. I have created a new order for the correct sized rug to be sent out to you by express post and have attached a return to sender label to this email for the wrong sized one to come back to us on.
I have also added $40 in Caribu cash to your account to cover the sale discount so you can place an order for the new rug also.

Thank you for your time on the phone today.
Please find attached photos of the rug and my receipt.
I ordered 2 x rugs for my new horse on Friday the 10/5/24. On the 15/5/24 I received the rugs. I took the Alpine down to put straight on him. I put it on him it was very snug. The next day I drove to Mount Barker cos they had there sale and I got a 7'0. This was a bit big but better than Apline. After looking up and seeing it was going to cost me money to post the Colorado back for an exchange I sold it for $140.00. So far I have lost out on $19.00, my time running around and petorl. A friend put his rug on this Sunday the 26/5/24 and she said I'm so shocked that he doesn't fit a 6'9 when she looked at the tag we notice the rug was a 6'3. So the Alpine bag is a 6'9 but had a 6'3 rug in it which I never checked. I just assumed the rug was a 6'9.
What I would like is for you to please post me a
New Alpine detach-a-neck 100g 1200d in size 6'9 in the colour navy and kumquat at no charge
New Colorado detach-a-neck 250g d in size 6'9 in midnight blue I'm happy to pay $140.00
