“My order was lost, I was not notified by either Australia post or Caribu. After many attemps to locaate my parcel I was told by AP that my purchase was damaged very badly! I then had to contact Caribu to let them know.....they said they would replace the order & post it Express that day....well that didnt happen! After many more phone calls to Caribu they finally posted it 3 days later. All this over three weeks ! Not happy Jan! Finally my parcel arrived.”
“Caribu Rugs use to be my "Go To'.....I loved the fit, the quality and the diversity. I have 10 horses and if you could see their wardrobe you would see they are nearly ALL Caribu.
Sadly the recent rug purchases are disappointing. The quality of the fabric is not as good as the ones from 12months ago. The linings don't fit and the velcro doesn't help to keep the front together any more.
I had a rug on for less than 12hours and some stitching has come away and with the syrcingle hook and I have had to send it for repair already.”
“To be honest I have already found the enduro and hybrid to be not of the same quality of my previous Caribu mesh rugs. The enduro mesh is different, the fit not as good as my older rugs of the same size and a strap on the neck of the hybrid has already come off. I have about 20 Caribu rugs, mostly mesh and winter and rain sheets, they have until these Ross, been well made, with excellent fit and durable. Has Caribu changed manufacturers?
