Absolutely horrendous. Didn't even get my product, they sent the wrong rug, then tried every excuse under the sun as to why they couldn't find the rug that I had ordered. As per their words, the warehouse staff aren't horsey... well you don't have to be horsey to ensure the correct item is being sent! Just read English! Little to no investigation into what has happened and unable to send my rug as no more stock.

Website out of date, products not in stock that are showing to be. Caribu wait weeks before making contact to advise that products are not in stock. Automatic refund given and no opportunity to substitute. Happened on multiple consecutive orders, even during the sorry sale.

I was extremely disappointed to find that you won’t supply replacement throat straps. As such, I am unable to repair a rug that I bought from you previously, making that rug now totally useless
