“It's five stars from me for service, delivery and communication. I have not needed yet to use the ink cartridge I purchased but have never had a problem to date with ink from Cartridge World.”

“The cartridge arived promptly but when I fitted it to the HPPhotosmart 385 there was an error code saying that the cartridge was faulty. I email cartridgeworld and they replied with cartridge reset instructions which were not included in the HP documents and it now works fine. Great service.”
