“I've been collecting one or two glass clip-on bird ornaments every Christmas for 15 years. Naturally they're pretty fragile. I think this year's birds were the most carefully packaged of all. I was impressed, and appreciative. (I also appreciate the varied selection.)”

“The website was very easy to use and the shipping was quick and well packaged. The only thing I was disappointed about is that the cups were not exactly as pictured. One of the santas was cross-eyed as opposed to both eyes looking in the same direction out of the corner of his eyes. Not a big deal I realize, but if given an opportunity I would have liked to be given the option.”

“I looked everywhere for light reflector garland and didn’t want to give my business to a mega corporation so when I found it with Traditions I was thrilled. The items are beautiful and reasonably priced. Shipping was fast and I’m so excited to explore what else this family owned business has to offer. Happy customer!!”

“I have had the pleasure of ordering items from Traditions for several years now and could NOT by more pleased by the way each and every member of the team has treated me and assisted me - sometimes going far beyond what a customer may expect in terms of courtesy, professionalism and grace - wonderful human touches and grace!!! Hat's off particularly to Ryan who was quick to address and correct a problem this past Halloween when not only was a wrong items shipped to my sister, but one she found damaged when she opened the packaging. First class stuff, I say gladly and GRATEFULLY!!!! Kudos to each of you, to all of you. May everyone celebrate and wholly enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving.”
