“It is beautifully created - was packaged well and arrived in reasonable amount of time. My only dislike is that it for my taste it is rather large on my 6'ft tree, it outsizes all my other ornaments.”

“Had hoped to receive a felted cheetah for a Christmas ornament. Received a Cheeto ornament that looked like the one in the photo, but it was a styrofoam form covered with fabric, not felted, as advertised. I guess I should have asked questions about the definition of felted? I thought the term had a universal meaning on Etsy, but apparently covered in felt and felted need clarification. Disappointing.”

“Cute as stink! The holders are a bit large for the average candle stick, but I just put a bit of aluminum foil around the base of the candle stick to keep it snug in there (maybe it's designed that way?). But I love them. Adorable!”

“I love these Santas. I have several of them. The Santa itself is perfect. However, the grapevine wreath was slightly crushed and doesn't look like it will hold up for long.”

“Most products are fabulous. My last order, two of the three items were of great quality, unfortunately one was a disappointment, poorly made and unusable. I didn't bother to send it back, too much effort.”

“I’m very happy with the Santa Belsnickle, he’s very beautiful! He’s just what I expected and I I’ll enjoy him hopefully for many Christmas’s to come. My only little tiny complaint is the shipping seemed very slow. I ordered him on the 20th of December but didn’t receive him until 1/02/25. I work in shipping and receiving and I don’t get why it took this long. Had I known this when I placed the order, I would’ve paid extra to have him arrive by the 31st. At least that way I could have enjoyed him for at least a couple days. But now I’ve got to pack him away, but I’m looking forward to enjoying him next Christmas! Thank you Traditions, I’ve been ordering from you all for the last 10 years or so and your products never disappoint!”

“I received the paper pinwheels and was very pleased until I opened up the big one and the band came off, now I'm going to have to glue it back on, which is discouraging. I have received pinwheels before, opend and folded them many times for storage so I was a bit surprised when the pinwheel came apart as I opened it for the first time. Thats why I gave only 4 stars, the quality control needs to step it up.”
