“Items arrives in great condition. More sales or coupons would make me shop more with Traditions. Premium shipping protection charge seems unnecessary.”

Marcella...make sure you are signed up for our newsletter, because we send out a coupon every week, sometimes twice a week. Just FYI, you do not have to opt in for the Premium Shipping protection, just uncheck the button! Thanks for the feedback, it helps us know what our customers concerns are!

“Ghost are very cute. My favorite one is the one with the purple hat. Was alittle bit disappointed with some of the painting on two of them. Over all they are cute. Actually alittle bigger than I thought they were going to be.”

“The order was easily submitted. The shipping was pretty fast and the packing was sufficient. The bottle trees are just what I wanted. I felt like the “Firecracker” was missing some of his top glitter “explosions” based on photos I have seen. I checked the packing to see if they were in there and didn’t see anything.”

Nancy, we shipped ground because that is what you requested, we are sorry it didn't arrive until after Christmas. We also packed and shipped your order just 1.5 hours after you placed it. We are very speedy, but still at the mercy of the shipping companies that have their own schedules.

“Not happy at all with my purchase! Would have LOVED it if it worked, but the light doesn’t work and it’s non-replaceable. And you’re out of stock so i’m unable to get a new one. Your company is fine, I have no complaints about the service, I’m just horribly disappointed with how it turned out. I have not heard back yet after filing out the response form I was asked to fill out, after I notified the company of the situation.”

“As always, I LOVE everything that I received in my recent Traditions order. I recently ordered several of their Patriotic tree decorations as well as a Joe Spencer Patriotic soldier, Danny. Everything is of top notch quality and I couldn’t be happier to display everything in my home. I’m always so impressed with how carefully everything is packed and the speed in which my order arrives! If I place my order in the morning it seems that I always receive a notification that it’s been shipped by the end of the day…talk about promptness! I have to say with this last order, I wished I had ordered it earlier as I was having company on the weekend and it was a cousin whom I knew would have enjoyed seeing my Patriotic tree that I planned on putting together but knew I wouldn’t have my order since I ordered on Wednesday morning and it was coming clear across the country to MA from CA. WRONG! It arrived on Friday...unbelievable! I was able to have my tree decorated and enjoyed by my company!🇺🇸. I always prefer to patronize family owned companies which is another reason that I love Traditions. Their pride always shows through. Thank you again!”

“Incredible selection of wonderful holiday decor. Two disappointments: 1) so many items are out of stock and suggest waitlisting, and 2) items have arrived damaged in the past because of the way they were packed. The packing was good on my most recent order, though, and the items arrived undamaged.”

We have a lot of fun buying for our store so it means a lot that you think we have a "wonderful holiday decor" selection. The last couple of years have been tougher than usual keeping our popular products in stock, due to the pandemic shipping issues, but we do our best and that is why we have that Waitlist button, so that you can be informed the minute they are back in stock! Next year, will be our 30th anniversary, we are always evolving and trying to get better, so we are thrilled that your last Cody Foster house order arrived perfectly!
