Your product was sadly misrepresented. The online photo showed a very porcelain white faced doll. The one I received had a burlap brown bag face! After complaining you are still advertising it with a white face!! Oh well

We are sorry you were so disappointed by the face color of the Miss Liberty by Joe Spencer. We try to take new pictures of the items if they come in looking differently than what we have pictured in the past, Jeannie. We don't have control over the manufacturing of these items so therefore we don't have control over the face color either. As for not re-picturing the doll right away that is because our webmaster who also takes the pictures was off on a much deserved vacation. But as you can see, if you look at our site we rectified that situation the minute he returned. We do listen to our customers and it is important to us to make sure we represent the items we sell on our website correctly, which is why we take our own pictures and don't rely on manufacturer photos that often are years old. Terrible product, glitter everywhere. Near impossible to remove from packaging without damaging the product. Eventually discarded them, complete waste of hard earned money. I will never be ordering from your company again and will warn other potential customers

Frank, we are so sorry you were disappointed in the GOLD GLITTERED STAR GARLAND you ordered. Keep in mind that the 2nd word in the description was glitter, which means that it would have a lot of glitter. However, no need to be upset at us or the product! If you don't like it, please contact us, we will of course send you a return label and refund you. It is that easy!

I haven't received my item. According to tracking, my order is somewhere in Missouri due to shipping label error.

I ordered a Halloween outside display, it was $40 n I got just a usp device without a projector needed to project the display. I have gotten similar projectors that have the usp, chip or display imbedded , so you just need to plug the projector in . My previous outside projector purchased was under $40. Since no projector was included on my purchase from Traditions , it is useless!!

Hi Lynn, We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your purchase! We try to make it very clear that the Projection USB is just the USB containing video files. No where on the product's page does it state that a projector is included. The product description states: "This product is to be used alongside a projector (not included)". Taylor, we are sorry you didn't contact us about this before leaving a very negative review. You placed your order on January 29th it was shipped to you on January 30th and delivered to you as you can see below on February 2nd at 4:02pm by the USPS at your mailbox. I’m waiting for the company to get back to me about returning my black tree. The tree appears to have manufacturing defects that I feel should have been discovered furring the quality check. I can’t return it until I hear back on the return process and approval.

The item is ver heavy. The light on this is very poor and hardly lights. The vapor produced can hardly be seen. Do not buy.

Anthony, we are so sorry to hear you don't love this Halloween cauldron. Is it possible you didn't put enough water in it to make the smoke/steam come out the top hole? We had one in our display section for weeks and it is very hot here in CA, so we had to put water into it sometimes 2 or 3 times a day to make sure it was producing the smoke at maximum efficiency and effect.
