We just checked with the carrier and it is still on its way to you. You chose USPS Ground Advantage and that is taking a little longer than normal. The package is in your state!

“The company is sending me emails asking me to review a product I still have not received. It is long overdue. According to the tracking online, the package has been "in transit" and the status has not changed for more than 5 days. If it does not arrive soon I will be filing a formal complaint.”

You are correct, they are all hand made and painted. However, if you are ever displeased with an item, you just have to contact us so that we can make it right for you.

“Everything came in one piece😊 only bummer is everything is extremely small! Very very cute but really very small looks silly with my other normal size decor. The pictures look normal size but they are not it’s my fault I guess for not looking at the measurements . For the big price tag and expensive shipping I was very bummed out😔 Very cute just wish it wasn’t doll house sizes.”

“I love the look! However, the quality is not what I expected. This broke very easily while assembling. I'm not rough on things! I was being extremely careful. When snapping 2 pieces together, it broke off even on both pieces. I don't even know how that could happen. I paid way too much for this for it to break while putting it together. I only give it a 2-star because it is just so pretty.”

“I ordered a LAUGHING merriment Valentine’s box for my wife. I was very disappointed that it did not LAUGH when she opened it! So sorry to hear that you thought that the piece actually produced sound! The word "Laughing" in the title was used to describe the design -- the character's face looks like it's laughing. If an item produces noise, we always include that in the product description as well as a video, and any additional requirements (batteries required etc.). In this case, the material stated "Hand Painted Resin & Mica". If you would like to return the item, please reach out to us at support@christmastraditions.com. “I ordered the Animal scene and the Snowman scene. The animal scene does not blow the glitter around nearly as much in comparison. I'm a bit disappointed considering what the lantern should actually do.”

Hi Lynn, We tried contacting you numerous times – we emailed and called. We offered suggestions for the turkey and finally shipped your order after we didn't hear back from you either via email or phone after waiting to hear from you for 12 days.

“I really wanted to love the hurricane set. So very disappointed. They don't light up as expected. Maybe I need a larger votive candle? They look cheap, not charming or vintage. Will see if family or friends want them. If not, in the garbage they go.”

“The ornaments did not come in the Old World Christmas ornament boxes. They were wrapped in old tissue paper. One was damaged, and I had to chuck it in the garbage. It had a bald spot in the glitter. Disappointed!!”

Marie, we agree with you that the moon ornament is so great! We are so sorry that you were not happy with the Owl & Cat Dummy board, as we told you when you reached out to us, we do take our own pictures and the picture on our site does look just like the product. We checked all of that style that we had in stock and there is a slight pixelation, but they are vintage images and manufactured by Bethany Lowe, not our store, so we don't have control over their production. Let us know if you changed you mind and don't want to keep it, just reach out to us, we are always here and willing to help our customers have a happy shopping experience with us!
