“I love Traditions but wish the shipping wasn't so high. Sometimes that stops me from ordering.”

Hi Cynthia, we understand your frustration! We are a small family business and doing our best to keep shipping costs down, but boy since the pandemic they have really escalated! We do charge just what our shippers charge us and often we lose money on shipping. Please reach out to us in the future, there might be ways we can get your ship cost lowered if you think it is too high! We are more than willing to listen and help!

“I loved all the choices of Old world ornaments. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I am,however, disappointed that none of the ornaments were in the original Old World boxes. As a serious collector, I find that quite dismaying.”

Hi Roger, We're happy to hear that you are happy with the selection! Old World Christmas does NOT provide boxes for their ornaments. We ship out the ornaments we have on hand as they are sent to us. Old World Christmas ships ornaments in boxes of 6-24 ornaments per box (wrapped in tissue).
