“I love my Lori Mitchell. But I am very shocked that they came all in one piece. Some of the boxes were opened, and the outside box was tore down the side and damaged. I always save my boxes to store them in when they’re not out on display, so I was very concerned when they had already been opened up.”

Katherine....we understand your concern, but we open every single box that comes into our store in order to check the product inside. We would never ship our customers an item that hasn't been personally inspected by us. Yes, your boxes were opened but they were also closed before we put them in your shipping box. We appreciate the 5 star review.

“All of my favorite Christmas and Halloween goodies are from Traditions. I originally found them because they had the best price for a Bethany Lowe Halloween frog and now I check out their new arrivals frequently. Not to mention I love to shop small and support a family business. Thank you!!!”
