“Traditions is a family owned business. It’s the best. Please support them. All my Lori Mitchell’s are checked before mailed and always in perfect condition. I have ordered a few from Amazon and I have had to send them back as they were broken. This is a great family business!”

Sally I appreciate your concerns, so I took them to the artist who designs Francesca's Finial and she said that the hairline is exactly as she designed it, because it is rare to find anyone with a straight hairline. “Received my order promptly in perfect condition. Packaging was very protective for small fragile parts. After losing all my Lori Mitchell figurines when our house burned down, I am slowly trying to rebuild my collection. They always make me smile! Thanks Traditions.”
