“They had so many items I wanted! Such a huge variety and everything is so so cute! I ordered 8 items - most of them breakable and the packaging was 12 out of 10. They honestly care about whether the pieces make it intact and that’s more than some of the bigger companies can say!”

“Traditions is the kind of place that makes you forget what season it actually is. You walk in thinking you’ll “just look around,” and leave wondering where you’ll store the twelve new Halloween figurines you didn’t know you needed. The selection is incredible—so many great products, beautifully displayed, and not a single hint of neglect anywhere. The place should, by all rights, be covered in a respectable layer of dust (it’s a holiday store, after all), but somehow it’s spotless. It’s almost suspicious. Barbara is an absolute delight. She’s friendly, patient, and genuinely seems to enjoy helping people find the perfect item to add to their already full shelves. We’re particularly obsessed with the Johanna Parker Halloween collection. We grabbed a bunch this season, though we missed out on some of the best pieces, which just means we’ll have to be faster next year. It’s clear this is a family-run business that really cares about what they do. Everything feels thoughtful and personal. We’re already looking forward to supporting them for years to come—partly for the products, but mostly to keep basking in that miracle of a dust-free wonderland.”

Jacob, you touched our hearts with your review. After 31 years of running a business you would think we would be tired of it. But we just aren't! We love what we do and from your review, you are telling us it shows! My mom Barbara, whom you reference is almost 91 and she kept telling me she was going to quit at 90, well here she is still going strong, because we just don't want to stop working daily at Traditions. Thank you for the most wonderful review. You can't imagine what it means to us! PS we have dust elves!!! :)
