“I’ve bought many decorations from Traditions. This was my first time having it mailed to my home as I was out of town. It was a limited quantity item and I wanted to be sure to get one. It was packaged with care and delivered promptly.”

“Lately, I’ve enjoyed using trees for my seasonal decor at home. I originally wanted a taller bottle brush tree made like these three but with the traditional candy message hearts on it as well but it was sold out. Those hearts clearly identified the tree as for Valentine’s Day. These three are beautifully made, glittery and very festive but without the hearts, they look more like Christmas. The color of the balls helps the Valentines feel and, with almost no trees representing Valentines Day, I’m happy to have these to add to my mantle display. Everything I buy at Christmas Traditions is a hit. I’m thrilled I discovered them on line!”

“Great Customer Service. My only comment is that I didn't realize that the boxes are sold separately. I box my ornaments to keep them safe.”

“I was pleased with everything but one glass star burst ornament. The paint had rubbed off and a lot of black was showing when the colors should have been pink and silver. I called complaining and was told that I would received a refund of 13.59. So far, I have received nothing and that request was made 1.5 wks ago.”

We did issue a refund to you for that one ornament on the 26th of January, and our support department is going to send you over a receipt right away, so you can see that it was done. Unfortunately, we don't have control over when banks post credits to our customer's accounts. We appreciate you shopping with us.

“I bought four Lori Mitchell figurines, and the prices were very compatible with the other options on the internet. Three of them were the lowest-priced options, and one of those three was $41.99 while Amazon was $52 (I keep my Lori Mitchell shopping research on a spreadsheet). I ordered them on the 18th, and they arrived on the 20th. Not only was it quick turnaround, but they also packed them carefully. They look great!”
