Susan, we shipped your item via USPS Ground Advantage, the shipping method you chose. We don't have any control over how long shipments can take using that method, however we checked your order and it says it was delivered! Please let us know if that is not the case.

“I always love what I buy from traditions, but when I received my spooky tree, one of the branches was cracked badly. It had been packed with only paper. The box that it was shipped in was destroyed with big dents and had tape hanging off of it. For as much as I payed for the item, I expected better.”

We can't agree with you more, Betty! As you saw from the box we shipped in, it was double reinforced on all sides, top and bottom. We unfortunately, can't control what UPS does with the box once it leaves our store. However, we can help you!!!! As of now we don't show you contacted us, so please call or email us and we will be happy to make this right for you!
