“Excellent service but sadly the colour pearl didn’t go with our bathroom tiles and you didn’t have white ones. I’ve since sourced a white one and we’re very pleased with it.”

“Ordered two sets of towels one set was fine second set the bath sheet was too small for my wife, so we rang the company to see if the jumbo towel was available but was told not in the colour we had ordered. So repacked this set in the original packaging none of it had been used so returned this using Christy's return procedure, well what a joke I have ended up sending multiple e-mails and proof of return and here I am two weeks on and still not refunded! give me Amazon any day”
