For a new quality duvet it’s very disappointing ting that there is damage to the cotton cover along with the stitching come away in one section.

Still waiting for it to arrive. No update since Tuesday. Evri are not the best at delivering packages. Hopefully it will eventually arrive

Unfairly leaving a negative review as I still haven't received my goods. Whilst the online purchasing experience was smooth their choice in couriers to use is terrible. And, there are so many good alternatives to use than Evri.

I’ve spent over £100 on an order and it didn’t arrive. The courier used by Christy was Evri. Very disappointing that they use the lowest rated courier to deliver items from a reputable company. Whilst Christy has been proactive in their response to my complaint , it’s not easy to have to print and hand sign a denial form before they can action any investigation

I ordered bath mat and towels of same colour (emerald) from the same range but they are different colours, so they dont match. Very disappointing

Colour of robe was a beautiful bright purple online but in reality a dark purple. The crushed grape robe was returned.

Delivery stated next day when placed before 12 midday. Order placed Saturday before 12, didn't arrive til Tuesday. No communication regarding lack of Sunday deliveries on website. Would have expected order at least by Monday. Needed it sooner due to commitment so emailed to cancel and was told I should wait for the order!

The towels are lovely and fluffy but unfortunately they are not colourfast meaning they have to be washed separately. Would not buy again.

The dressing gown is huge compared to size guide. But the towel is fraying and hasn’t been washed yet.

Sorry but personally for me the pillow is not as advertised. Squashes down to the size of cheap pillows, has no support at all. Very expensive for what it is.

I ordered 2 bath sheets and 2 hand towels in the colour “mineral” which in the picture online looked grey. When they came they were “mineral blue” as the description on the invoice. The colour wasn’t suitable and I returned them. Having spoken to two people on the phone I asked if I could have an exchange to a grey set so that I could still have the very generous discount I had been offered. I haven’t received the replacement set, therefore I’ve lost the discount offer

Bought a 6 piece towel set it was over £100 in the sale so I assumed the quality would be good. The parcel arrived with 1 bath sheet missing but showing on the invoice so I had to spend time on their useless chat bot and then as I got no where and none was calling me back? I had to call their CS team. After 15 minutes I spoke to someone who agreed to resent the missing towel. I started using the towels last week and from the moment they came out the washing machine, I found the towels to be hard and they lost all their fluffiness. Disappointing experience. I bought Christy towels as I thought the brand was credible and their products quality but that’s not the experience I’ve had.

Quality not as good as I expected. Definitely not worth the money my friend has Christie towels from years ago and they look much better than what I've received.

I must update this review as Christy have been in touch and kindly offered me a gesture of goodwill as I was unaware the label is that of the parent company- this should be common knowledge. Customer services have been fabulous throughout my search for delivery date etc. Delivery took nearly 3 weeks, dressing gown label IS NOT Christy its some other company. NOT THE CORRECT ITEM, LATE AND EXPENSIVE. Customer services were helpful but whats the point when the item is late and not what I paid for?@ Due to being in hospital for several weeks I couldn't be bothered with the stress of returns and refunds, but I will warn anyone else. All is forgiven, Christy remains my favourite.

I really love the quality and workmanship of the duvet cover. But I'm deeply disappointed in the pillow slips. I wonder why you sell standard pillow slips along with a super king-size cover? They are obviously too small. Ruins the whole look of what should look beautiful!

Ordered on the 8th Jan and the towels were delivered on the 21st so quite slow delivery with little communication from Christy in between. Finally got a dispatched and delivered update from them on the 23rd after they arrived. The towels feel nice and fluffy but are not very absorbent which is disappointing

Tried to order replacement towels in the same colour as we had previously as ours were becoming dated. Unfortunately, the colour didn't look the same in reality compared to the website. Forest green was more of an emerald green. The towels were shorter than previous towels purchased and also had a manufacturing fault. It seems a sign of the times that standards everywhere are falling. It's hard to find good quality anywhere these days.
