I ordered the superior soft touch anti allergy 13.5 tog duvet as was on sale. Unfortunately I found it impossible to have a decent night's sleep as it felt way warmer than a 13.5 and it is extremely heavy. Unfortunately I've had to stop using it because of this and obviously can't return it so have wasted £78.00.

My overall experience with Christy has unfortunately been a very poor one. Although the actual towel itself is nice and the person that I bought it for liked it, the additional personalisation option was a huge let down in my opinion. I bought this towel for my father as a gift as he said he wanted a towel, so after looking around the internet I ended up buying from Christy which I regret. I opted for the personalisation as it was a gift, however they got the personalisation wrong and I would have thought that the prices that are being charged for the towel and even extra for the personalisation, the bare minimum I would receive in return would be what I actually ordered. I would instead recommend buying from M&S as you would get a similar, if not better, quality towel. Whilst they do not offer personalisation, I would rather have no personalisation than incorrect personalisation.

I ordered a week ago and have still not received items. Evri is a cheap and unreliable service for delivery! I should be refunded for delivery, such poor a service.

Still waiting on towels being delivered. Was supposed to be delivered on 1.7.24 then changed to 2.7.24 between 1pm and 3pm. Still waiting so can't comment on goods till I receive them.

Dressing gown was huge with really baggy, wide sleeves. Returned it for a refund. Had to contact them numerous times. In the end put a claim in through PayPal and surprise surprise got my refund half an hour later. Thank god for PayPal, never use anything else.

unfortunately our towels arrived in a terrible state with much of the thread broken up and unsightly - really surprised anyone would consider these sale-worthy will be returning and requesting refund as soon as we return from holiday - was a 40th birthday present for my partner but did not work out at all - will send pictures as evidence.

Apparently not brilliant contacted them after 14 days, they informed me they’d lost my order and ansk me to inform them what I’d ordered, so I immediately cancelled the order, totally incompetent. Hopefully I’ll get a refund eventually.

Ordered two sets of towels one set was fine second set the bath sheet was too small for my wife, so we rang the company to see if the jumbo towel was available but was told not in the colour we had ordered. So repacked this set in the original packaging none of it had been used so returned this using Christy's return procedure, well what a joke I have ended up sending multiple e-mails and proof of return and here I am two weeks on and still not refunded! give me Amazon any day

I have previously purchased these sheets and pillowcases on numerous occasions. I am sorry to say that the last set sent were not the same colour as my previous purchases which was a great disappointment.

Facts are that I ordered some towels. The carrier (Evri) appears to have lost the first shipment. Then Christy advised that they were out of stock, and offered me a choice of a different colour or waiting nearly three months for delivery. I replied that neither was satisfactory and asked for a refund. Christy agreed so I bought some towels from another retailer. Then without any further communication Christy sent me a partial shipment of my original order. I then had to return that and eventually got my refund 6 weeks after my original order. My biggest bugbear is the dreadful quality of communication. Evri operate both a chat and a phone line service. Both are completely automated and both promised a response from an assistant within 48 hours. It did not happen. Christy operate an email service with clearly pre-scripted messages (I know this because I received identically worded messages from two different assistants!) saying all the right things and promising a response within 48 hours, which again did not happen. I accept that mistakes happen which need to be sorted out, but when they do happen this type of response only serves to infuriate.

No problem the delivery Arrived on time and undamaged. However the carrier sent a note offering a change of location. I sent a request to deliver to a neighbour. This didn't happen. Luckily it was not too wet. The towels are great thanks

I ordered online and the colour of the towels was very misleading. They looked pale blue but on delivery were green.

I am at my wits end trying to return part of my order. The deadline is in two days time. At the beginning of the month I tried to return two unwanted Christmas presents using the returns portal but it wouldn’t work, so I called the call centre and they created a returns label but that didn’t work - I went to 3 different drop off point and it didn’t work at any. So I called again and they said it was a national problem and promised to send me another return label but haven’t. I don’t know how to make Christy help me. I don’t know how else to return these things. Awful service. I’ll never buy from them again.
