Sold towels when it wasn’t in stock. Had to wait over a week for delivery!

Disgusting service, ordered sixteen bath towels and they never came so I asked for a refund. After numerous emails being past from one department to another they said they would give me replacement ones but I kept telling them I wanted my money to be refunded and they still sent out the replacements. I told them I don’t want them as I am getting them from elsewhere and now I am in another battle with them to try and return them and get my money back. These emails have been ongoing now everyday for weeks and I think it’s disgusting how they treat their customers.

Colour of bathrobe was nothing like the colour shown on the website. No returns label was included in the order, although I was told it should have been. Christy very slow to process refund.

I placed my order 3 weeks ago. I have still not received it. Customer services are not helpful & the repeated response has been they will pass the information to the concerns team. I asked for the complaints process and no one knows. I asked for a manager to phone me and that cannot happen either!! Very disappointed!

Still waiting for my order. Been nearly a month. Have contacted customer services 5 times. May be getting somewhere now as order is with customer resolution team. However - it's still not been posted.

Order was not delivered but shipped back. But still no refund after 10 days… after a call they told me they will investigate. Cancelling payment with bank

Usually a big fan of Christy towels but not this time. Ordered black towels online but those that arrived were navy blue. Sent them back and company is delaying my refund. Chased the refund a couple of weeks ago and was told my return had been received but the refund would not be done until 14 December. It is now 19 December and no sign of any refund. Very disappointing service.

I was looking for a bale of towels. I clicked on Christy and found the towels I was looking for. It stated 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels, so I ordered them. When I got my parcel I thought ok the towels must be very thin then. I opened my parcel to find just one hand towel. Where the luxury is I don't know. I won't be buying from there again.

Web links sent by Christie's were inaccurate. They suggested a delivery data but also showed hadn't been shipped. We had to ask multiple times where our towels were & the responses were not very polite or helpful When the towels did arrive they were lovely

The parcel arrived - the cushions have marks on them! It’s disappointing that the order wasn’t checked before being sent out!

We did not receive this item until 8/12/22, (ordered on 30/11/22) Evri are beyond useless, other delivery firms are available. Good quality towels at a great price, shame about the cdourier.

1st order was returned to sender by EvRi because it was "larger than expected". 2nd order was also returned to sender by EvRi because it was "larger than expected" despite proactively flagging this problem to Christy. They gave me a discount code but could not provide any assurances about delivery. Currently awaiting delivery of my 3rd order..... fingers crossed! To summarise - sales website is good but then is let down by poor logistics.
