Poor quality so have returned just before Christmas. You have not either acknowledged the return nor sorted a refund. Overall a bad experience made worse by poor service - you don't even enable an easy return by having to request a return slip online or through customer service which has to be printed - hugely disappointing. On 17/1, received confirmation that refund is on way! Keep your fingers crossed!

Fist of all, you use the worst delivery company in the UK, Evri. They delivered my parcel to my front door, when I wasn’t in, even though I provided my neighbours address to divert. Parcel went missing. I told Christy to refund as I got another product elsewhere, they delivered a new one that got here after Christmas, which was useless. Had to pack up the new one & send back. Still waiting for the refund after 3 weeks. Last product I buy from Christy. I won’t be buying anything else from them. Avoid this company, terrible customer service

I paid extra to have my purchase gift wrapped in a box. When it arrived the box had damaged edges on 3 out of 4 sides. What really is infuriating is that someone packed it for despatch and considered it suitable to send as a gift wrapped item. Not good enough.

Parcel was delivered to wrong address, and I had to email Christy 3 times, and phone twice before action was taken to send replacement.

I buy bedding set, received towel, try to talk with customers servise, but always waiting long for answer. I return box with not my parcel, but not received refund. Sometimes it is like that.

Shockingly poor customer service response following receipt of a faulty, ripped duvet from Christy. I am still awaiting a refund 3 weeks after the original order was received. Seems to be very poor communication between different departments. I would never order direct from Christy in the future.

I’ve have purchased towels of which the quality was poor very poor - the towels were very thin so they were sent back and I had called and asked for a refund - this was over 1 week ago now and no refund can someone please update me as to what’s going on Kind regards Mrs Lisa Ash

As of yet i have yet to receive my purchase as the Courier Christy used have decided to play hide and seek with my purchase . So while on this particular purchase Christys get only a one star , overall i am very happy with the quality of garments i have purchased in the past . However using their current courier is making me think twice about using there inline shop ever again

I ordered 2 sets of towels almost simultaneously but was charged twice for postage even though I contacted Chrst’s immediately. Second set were not correct shade of green for my bathroom and I returned them by Evri but I have not been notified of a full refund yet two weeks later, so I am not very pleased

Towels were supposed to be ultra luxury supima cotton but in fact disappointingly are just rather thin common or garden towels with no hint of luxury at all despite a huge price tag. You are paying for the name here not the quality. I feel robbed!

Dreadful customer service. My parcel was not delivered for over 2 weeks and despite numerous emails Christy's responses were trite, patronising and unhelpful. What happened to making an effort to solve a problem? It only needed communication with Evri to find out what caused the delay. However, as expected the bed linen is top quality.

I have always previously purchased both Christy bedding, towels and bath mats from stores. Mainly House of Fraser in Manchester and been totally satisfied with the quality of them. Unfortunately I can't say the same for my recent purchase online on your website. There was no problem with ordering and paying process but when the hand and bath towels and bath mats arrived I was very disappointed. The quality was very poor with both the towels and bath mats being very thin. I put them straight back in the bag and returned them for a refund, which hasn't yet been credited back to my debit card. I won't be purchasing again online but will visit a store that sells Christy items so I can check the quality and thickness before I purchase. If the quality is no better then I will look to other brands for towels and bath mats.

Sent the wrong order and refused to send the correct one. They advised I would have to re-order and they would refund me when I sent the incorrect order back. The item I ordered was under £10! Very poor customer service. I won’t order anything from them again.

I Ordered a velvet blanket and when It arrived it had an awful sick smell, large stain, 2 dirty marks and a hole covered with masking tape. I expected a better service from Christie given I paid alot for the blankets. They should check all these items before sending out, as the one we recieved was clearly sent back from someone else who had ruined it and we were sent it. I wont buy again

Website ordering is a fiasco, repeatedly advising a buyer that a purchase is unsuccessful and to try again. After doing that, a call to customer services advises to try different credit cards and browsers. Customers receive no confirmation of an order. Checking my credit card account indicated that 4 charges for the same order had been made within minutes. Customer service personnel were very polite but totally ineffective, with responses evidently being 'top and tailed' standard replies. It took over 30 email exchanges and as many phone calls to sort out the mess, receive one order and get three reimbursements for the duplicate debits. In all, a time-consuming and stressful exercise over more than a week.
