“The towels arrived promptly but one had pulled threads so I have returned the pair and ordered another pair costing twice the price in the hope of receiving better quality items.”

“Delivery very good. Website easy to order BUT colours in the images of your products in no way matshed with what I received. I ordered Renaissance, received something called voyager which was a flat beige colour, nothing like the photo. on the website. also, your method of sending an invoice needs looking at; much too complicated!”

“I ordered this bed linen based on the colour depicted on this and other websites selling the same item - a lovely clean bright blue chambray colour but was very disappointed by the dull dingy grey blue colour received. Bedlinen immediately returned without opening.”

“Purchased the Supreme Hygro towels and disappointed with the quality. Showed signs of fraying after tumble drying, less than six months old. Christy used to be the best towels you could buy! I remember Christy towels used to be very expensive so maybe the quality has been sacrificed to sell them cheaper. I’d rather pay more and have the quality kept.”

“The personalised embroidery was poor it turned out to look nothing like the name I ordered. Perhaps if the form showed how the embroidery will actually look then I would have changed the style of font. As they can’t be returned I am wearing a lovely robe that has what looks like GGGG on it instead of FIFI ! Oh well you live and learn.”

“Customer Services really needs improving. My numerous emails read as if written by a Bot, and fail repeatedly to answer a simple question, namely “has my return parcel reached you?”. I returned an item via Evri on 9 Jan, and over three weeks later I have no idea if they have it. I’m told a refund should reach me by 29 January, assuming they have it ……… . How can they justify it taking so long?”

“The towels are lovely and soft and a beautiful colour. The only thing I dislike is they are quite heavy. Possibly get heavier the more they are washed, I’ve experienced this before.”

“Robe was lovely but sizing completely out! Said it fitted upto a size 22. I am a size 18-20 and it barely wrapped over let alone wrap around. Fortunately my daughter ( size 16) liked it and it fitted her ok so we kept it.”

“Bought 4 facecloths in sale, delivered in paper bag, but inside was a large plastic bag - not quite sure where that fits in with eco Agenda? Expensive p&p, made for expensive facecloths. Good quality but I would not class as exceptional.”

“Well the towel design was bolder than i expected. Only washed once and loose threads on edging already. OK for us but wont be using for guests. Sadly that is why i bought them.”

“The throw is lovely but I’ve had the same colour {jade ) before and it’s faded terribly although in a spare room with blinds half closed. I do love it though and This time the blinds will be fully closed apart from when visitors arrive! Also I have tio agree with reviews which say it’s smaller than expected, it is!!”

“Was very disappointed with how soft the towels were after I had washed them they are not as soft and fluffy as Christy state they will be . I could have got better quality from John Lewis . Would not recommend them.very unhappy with them .Jacob from Christy has been a bit economical with the truth, I told them that I could not believe that with the price of energy they were telling me to tumble dry my towels wet straight from the machine !However I did that day rewash my towels and tumble dried from wet .It did not make any difference they are still hard and coarse . I also asked for a prepaid return label to return the towels for a refund as had no faith that they would ever be as soft and fluffy as they state they should be .Christy also asked me to remove my review on Trust Pilot before they had resolved my complaint which sounded like desperation . The care label clearly states may be tumble dried NOT must be tumble dried.These towels are of poor quality and I will not be using them and would not recommend them to anyone . Don’t waste you money on Christy towels they are very unhelpful when things go wrong and when you follow their instructions it doesn’t make one little bit of difference.Very disappointed ☹️”
