“The sheets are well made but a little on the thin side. I can't see them lasting that long”

“The quality of the green toweling robe was fabulous but the length of the garment was impossible for a 6ft female. It came to above my knee!!”

“I have always had Christy towels and have found them to be excellent quality, however the ones I have just purchased are the same design as the ones currently in.use but they are much thinner. not the same quality at all.”

“I didn't have doubts about ordering Christy towels but I have been somewhat disappointed in them. I found the guest towel larger than the usual guest towel and more of the size of a hand towel. On top of this when I washed one of the towels it came a distinctively different yellow than it went it!”

“The items were great quality. I own Christy products already so knew the level of quality that was expected and this order certainly delivered in that area. Only three stars however for the website experience. Browsing for items is an okay experience however it starts to break down in the checkout process, it’s hard to describe but it just ‘felt’ insecure in places. It also kept telling me about free delivery over a certain amount, so I added one more smaller item, to get it over this amount. But as I used a coupon code it took it back under this amount. But still offered free delivery. Obviously this is a good thing but it should’ve been a bit clearer. Delivery was within quoted time, jr very strangely I got all the order update emails about two weeks later, all at once, the emails are very basic and don’t look legit, from a ‘Wellspun.co.uk’ - this is confusing, raises red flags as I’d never heard of that. Just use a Christy domain name. All in all, it just wasn’t the experience or quality in the order experience that you would expect from Christy and the whole thing felt a bit underwhelming and weird.”

“I have just washed the hand towels for the first time and very disappointed to find a very long thread that kept pulling. I don’t know what to do. I actually bought these a few months ago. Such a shame, I always associate Christy with quality and I bought a big bale of these. Love them otherwise. ? Contacted Christy as asked in communication below. The worst customer service ever. They had me so frustrated I had to ask them to leave me alone. I do not recommend this company and will never shop with them again.”

“A little disappointed with the bath robe. It doesn't soak up the water as well as I expected after a shower and the material doesn't feel as luxurious as I had expected from the brand. I have bought their bath mats in the past and really loved that quality, so was expecting the same for the robe.”

“I am pleased with my towels but the finish on a couple of them was not great. They weren't finished off properly. This was a disappointment as Christy towels in the past, 30 years, has been great. Even buying seconds were better than my last purchase. The edges were not finished properly. The bath mat is excellent and I was very please with it. I could have sent them back but as staying on an island I would have had to pay postage and just not worth it. Made a repair myself which was not great but will do. I will still buy Christy towels as they have been so good in the past and hopefully the finish will be better next time.”

“I bought these towels because i was getting a problem of the cheaper towels leaving fluff in the bathroom when used,( These are Raspberry coloured towels in a white Bathroom ) I thought mistakenly that spending a bit more for a quality product would resolve the fluff issue, unfortunately i still have this fluff issue with these towels, i've washed them three times and still have the issue. The quality of the towels is good, nice and thick and soft, if only the fluff is would go away i would have given a 5 star review”
