“Returns process seem overly long and complex liked the produce but wrong colour on this occasion but would think twice about placing more orders”

“Have been purchasing Christy’s towels for a number of years and although I have kept my towels because You do the colour I wanted I was very disappointed in the quality of them they are a lot thinner than the ones I have had before so would not now buy again .”

“There was two sizes for the dressing gown, so I bought the large one, as I hate it when they are a bit clip, I’m a 14.. But the large was huge, 16-22, and the sleeves are so wide as well as being to long.. The material is really lovely though, but only 2 sizes are sold.. 8-14, or 16-22 !!!!!!”

“Ordering process was ok with fairly prompt delivery. Some towels were individually packaged others not. Colour was not as expected so had to return via the Evri shop on 9th July. Unfortunately I did not received any notification that the return had been received so emailed on the 18th July to ask for confirmation of the return and an indication of when the refund would be made. This correspondence was dealt with promptly.”

“I emailed this company twice and received no acknowledgement or reply. I phoned with my query and was given wrong information. Customer Service could certainly be improved. Having said that the quality of Christy products I have bought in the past is excellent.”

“Didn't get anywhere with online chat. Was directed to the web site I had obviously looked at and couldn't find what I needed, which was colour help. I asked about colour charts so I could match my deco, as I found some of the descriptions different to the colours I could see. Towels however lovely and quality good”

“The colour of the towels is very good. Hard to buy bright acid green towels. I bought a Christy set a few years ago and in comparison the new ones are not as good quality not so thick and fluffy.”

“Great Towels deserve five star for them. They are really soft and thick and fluffy feels great. However I would give them 1 star for the post order process as they took around 2 weeks to deliver which would not be a problem had they communicated with me. I received an email after I phoned to chase my order. Poor communications.”

“I bought a velour dressing gown for my husband for Christmas in Large. It's good quality and wraps around my husband with room to spare. The only thing that he doesn't like is that the belt feels too short and as he moves around the house it starts to come undone which is annoying. Otherwise, the ordering and delivery service was good.”
