Half the order didn’t arrive. I had to write and telephone to ask for it to be sent.

I ordered 2 sets of towels almost simultaneously but was charged twice for postage even though I contacted Chrst’s immediately. Second set were not correct shade of green for my bathroom and I returned them by Evri but I have not been notified of a full refund yet two weeks later, so I am not very pleased

Supposed to be made in England and it’s not it’s made in Pakistan and very thin. I think this is very poor indeed and I’d ask others to be aware of this when buying from you.

Sent the wrong order and refused to send the correct one. They advised I would have to re-order and they would refund me when I sent the incorrect order back. The item I ordered was under £10! Very poor customer service. I won’t order anything from them again.

Fist of all, you use the worst delivery company in the UK, Evri. They delivered my parcel to my front door, when I wasn’t in, even though I provided my neighbours address to divert. Parcel went missing. I told Christy to refund as I got another product elsewhere, they delivered a new one that got here after Christmas, which was useless. Had to pack up the new one & send back. Still waiting for the refund after 3 weeks. Last product I buy from Christy. I won’t be buying anything else from them. Avoid this company, terrible customer service

Mt item has been delivered to a hubbox but when I came to collect it from the address I gave, the company had moved, I sent a email explaining the situation but had no reply?

The towels arrived, we had ordered two full sets, both bath sheets were falling apart, I called Christy and explained that I would be returning them and wanted two replacements, I also asked that they be fully quality checked before despatch . Instead I got a refund for the two towels so we now have "half" a set of what we ordered, I have tried to contact them and rectify the issue with no success, the other towels are fine but I am tempted to return them rather than risk another pair of unchecked poor quality bath sheets being delivered then going to a shop and carrying out my own quality control as Christy are obviously incapable of doing it.

Website ordering is a fiasco, repeatedly advising a buyer that a purchase is unsuccessful and to try again. After doing that, a call to customer services advises to try different credit cards and browsers. Customers receive no confirmation of an order. Checking my credit card account indicated that 4 charges for the same order had been made within minutes. Customer service personnel were very polite but totally ineffective, with responses evidently being 'top and tailed' standard replies. It took over 30 email exchanges and as many phone calls to sort out the mess, receive one order and get three reimbursements for the duplicate debits. In all, a time-consuming and stressful exercise over more than a week.

Upon discovering that the towels have not been delivered, the customer service has been excellent. I was contacted within an hour and a solution was found. Thank you.

Having brought Christy products in the past, I purchased some bedding on the 02/04/2022 and expected delivery by the 07/04/2022 as advertised! But after 2 phone calls I was told they would be with me on the 08/04/2022 to 09/04/2022. It’s the 11/04/2022 and still no delivery, hence the one Star.

No problem the delivery Arrived on time and undamaged. However the carrier sent a note offering a change of location. I sent a request to deliver to a neighbour. This didn't happen. Luckily it was not too wet. The towels are great thanks

1st order was returned to sender by EvRi because it was "larger than expected". 2nd order was also returned to sender by EvRi because it was "larger than expected" despite proactively flagging this problem to Christy. They gave me a discount code but could not provide any assurances about delivery. Currently awaiting delivery of my 3rd order..... fingers crossed! To summarise - sales website is good but then is let down by poor logistics.
