Very disappointed with the order. The towels are lovely, thick and fluffy but they are not absorbent and don’t dry your skin. Have laundered them a couple of times and they are still the same. They also take forever to dry. My previous Christy towels that I’ve had for years were fantastic. What changed?

The pictures showed a slim fitting robe . In reality the design is bulky heavy and not comfortable at all

User experience on the website was fine however only one option for delivery (standard, 5-7 working days). My package was passed to a courier who returned the package to sender without informing me so I was left waiting for a number of days (you have to create an account with Christy to track an order which is also frustrating). Customer service’s advice was to place another order and wait for a refund and wasn’t particularly apologetic. Will likely not use them again.

Expected more luxury, robe too small and not XL as described. Thought it would be softer and more like Velour and not towelly

The order came on time. Reason I was disappointed was because I ordered a bath mat. When it came I received a pedestal mat. When I checked the mistake was because the bath mat was on the photo on the website but small print next to it said pedestal mat which caused confusion.

Not the worst but far from the best towels for the amount they cost. I ordered them thinking that, for the cost of them, they would be thicker. Really disappointed.

I had to return my order, through no fault of Christy’s, 3 weeks ago. The return process was painful and no sign of a refund yet. Staff at Christy’s have been helpful but no credit yet & 2 emails asking for a review. I have sent my proof of return 4 times in response to many emails from Christy's!

I have had Christy towels for years and thought they were thick luxury towels but oh dear your towels do not in any way match in quality. Very disappointing these towels were thin and poor quality a waste of postage

Towels were pretty reasonable to buy but came with holes / runs visible in them when held up to the light. Pretty thin compared to other towels I've bought in the past from companies such as MandS although this has improved slightly with washing. They are fairly soft and a nice colour.

Ordered a dressing gown as it was described as "supersoft cosy" which it is not. Then I have left it too late to return item - My fault.

I was very disappointed with the duvet covers I purchased from Christy. Firstly I was naive to think that they would be British made but were actually made in Bangladesh. They have not been sewn together correctly making it difficult to fold and iron.

Website glitch meant my payment didn’t go through the first time - consequently ended up having 6 pending payments on my credit card which took a long time to be removed. Reported to customer service at the time and the response was not particularly helpful. Returned one item (no returns label enclosed as it should have been) and the refund took a fair while to be processed.

I had a problem with the Christy website when trying to pay for my order with amazonpay - I tried twice. By this time, I had paid for my order twice but it had not gone through. I logged on to a "chat" with their Customer Services, and the person I spoke to was helpful; said she would pass on the info about the fault and be in touch. Long story short, amazonpay returned my payments without any problems - citing that the orders had not gone through - but Christy's customer services were never in touch!! I do not think this is good service at all - just to be left without answers...
