“Colour of bathrobe was nothing like the colour shown on the website. No returns label was included in the order, although I was told it should have been. Christy very slow to process refund.”

“I bought four hand towels on special offer. Having previously bought Christy towels I expected great quality and have not been disappointed. There is a large choice of colours too. I ordered and they were despatched quickly and arrived with a few days. Happy Customer ?”

“Disgusting service, ordered sixteen bath towels and they never came so I asked for a refund. After numerous emails being past from one department to another they said they would give me replacement ones but I kept telling them I wanted my money to be refunded and they still sent out the replacements. I told them I don’t want them as I am getting them from elsewhere and now I am in another battle with them to try and return them and get my money back. These emails have been ongoing now everyday for weeks and I think it’s disgusting how they treat their customers.”

“I ordered my bathrobe, opted for a store delivery. I was surprised how swiftly my order had arrived at the local store for me to pick up from. I collected my bathrobe on the 18th January 2023. Love Christy, have done so for forty years.”

“Nice towels but not quite the colour in the photos, mink is basically brown & they are slightly smaller than other brands of matching description (face, Bath etc.) But good quality & I bought them in the sale so not overly expensive, don't think I'd pay full price though”
