“Delivery was very fast. The towels look great, not tested yet as they are Christmas presents. Fitted bed sheet is very nice and feels great. I had Christmas products before and was very happy with them. Thank you.”

“Shockingly poor customer service response following receipt of a faulty, ripped duvet from Christy. I am still awaiting a refund 3 weeks after the original order was received. Seems to be very poor communication between different departments. I would never order direct from Christy in the future.”

“Bought 4 facecloths in sale, delivered in paper bag, but inside was a large plastic bag - not quite sure where that fits in with eco Agenda? Expensive p&p, made for expensive facecloths. Good quality but I would not class as exceptional.”

“Well the towel design was bolder than i expected. Only washed once and loose threads on edging already. OK for us but wont be using for guests. Sadly that is why i bought them.”
