“1st order was returned to sender by EvRi because it was "larger than expected". 2nd order was also returned to sender by EvRi because it was "larger than expected" despite proactively flagging this problem to Christy. They gave me a discount code but could not provide any assurances about delivery. Currently awaiting delivery of my 3rd order..... fingers crossed! To summarise - sales website is good but then is let down by poor logistics.”

“Ordered a dressing gown, lovely colour good quality and good length. Excellent value. The smell that permeated the dressing gown was another thing, it was unbearably smelly cannot think what it was, maybe a chemical smell, dye smell? Washed lovely smell disappeared, thank goodness. Very cosy to wear.”
