I would recommend that you reach out to our support team (support@citiznepath.com) if you think there's a problem. It's not clear why you would expect your certificate so quickly. You just prepared the application this month. Form N-565 processing time is generally 3-6 months after you file with USCIS. If there was something that we could have done better, please let us know.
