“This process can be stressful and especially if you are the one that needs to complete the paperwork while your spouse is out of the country. CitizenPath, is cery clear in their instructions and it is actually helpful that you cannot proceed to the next step or skip around. They make you take things in order. Should the situation arise and I need help for future docments, I am defiantly coming back to them.”

We're very sorry you didn't have a good experience. It looks like you contacted our customer service for a refund because you changed your mind after we already provided our services. You also didn't indicate any problem with the service. We give users the ability to try our service first; that's why payment isn't required until the end of the process. We delivered all documents after payment. If you think we should do business a different way, please explain what we should do differently.
