“I was struggling with the online chat system and some information I was confused of. A person named Mayra called from support team, she was above and beyond so kindly explaining some errors on their chat system going on, but made sure to give me a call to take care of a question for ma. She gave me all the information I needed to be sure I have no confusion. She was kind, informative, prompted, and supportive. Thank you.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The I-751 petition isn't a difficult form to prepare, but our service covers much more than preparing a form. USCIS won't warn you if you've answered in a way that creates a problem or provide more detailed guidance on supporting documents. Our filing instructions give you more detail, and we have a support team to help you. When removing conditions, it's the entire package of supporting documents that's really important. We're generally good at responding to chat quickly, and I'm sorry we were not able to answer you immediately. Sometimes we get a rush of inquiries. We always reply via email and we're available by phone. I understand that we've already responded to you by email to address your support question. “Citizen pathways made filling out this petition very easy. I thought it would be hard, but with the help of them they made the petitions way lot more easier than I thought it would. I would always recommend this to other people to use their services doing the fiancé petitions all the visas.”
