Yes, it's always a good idea to create an account early in the process and save. Our platform will automatically save your progress as long as you are logged in. You should never have to re-enter information. Thanks for your review.

“Ii was filing I485 package. After filling up the 21 page questionnaire the software prints I485 form and I130. It was easy process”

Thanks for reviewing us. Don't forget the filing instructions! The easy-to-use filing instructions explain exactly what to do for your situation. We list the supporting documents to include. The government's filing instructions are 45 pages just for Form I-485! We make it much easier to file.

Thanks for your review. Can you suggest what would make the document collection process easier? We list exactly which documents to submit to USCIS. Even if you pay an expensive lawyer lots of money to prepare the petition, YOU still need to gather the documents. Plus, we have a helpful team that can assist you if you run into a problem.

“The PDF form comes out missing information that were not included during the info entering process. Even though I try to edit it still does not work. I would like to get a refund.”

I'm sorry your experience wasn't as expected, but your form turned out exactly as intended - 100% CORRECT. As our customer support team explained, the section that you expected to be included was intentionally left empty. The instructions specifically state to skip this section for your situation. In fact, if you hadn't used our service, you would have prepared the form incorrectly.

“The service was easy to use. The web page was clean and fast, with no ambiguities. Although I was somewhat familiar with the form, the instructions were clear and to the point. I completed the form online and printed it. The answers fit perfectly in the boxes. After reviewing the form, I didn't feel at 100% on some of my answers. I used the support function to email my questions for clarification and quickly got an answer. I had to do this 2 or 3 more times because my situation was somewhat exceptional, and I always got a reply within a very short time. Mayra was always polite and helpful. I was delighted with the service.”
