The service was easy to use. The web page was clean and fast, with no ambiguities. Although I was somewhat familiar with the form, the instructions were clear and to the point. I completed the form online and printed it. The answers fit perfectly in the boxes. After reviewing the form, I didn't feel at 100% on some of my answers. I used the support function to email my questions for clarification and quickly got an answer. I had to do this 2 or 3 more times because my situation was somewhat exceptional, and I always got a reply within a very short time. Mayra was always polite and helpful. I was delighted with the service.
