“The form is very easy to fill due to the explanations to direct you all the way. The only thing that need improvement is selecting a date of birth. Can you use a drop down mechanism to select dates? Thank you”

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We do use a date picker that should make it very easy to select a date. Can you share with us how you prepared the form? Was it on a desktop or phone? Do you know which browser? This is helpful information so that we can reproduce what you see and improve the experience.

“Saved over $1100 dollars by using CitizenPath instead of the firm we used to get my wife's K-1 visa. Did the Adjustment of status, Employment Authorization,Travel request document and affidavit of support almost entirely by myself with their extremely simple to use online tools for filling out these forms and printing them out. Making changes were simple. Customer service was extremely nice, responsive and pleasant. Just had some questions about what some of the questions meant, and they were able to make it plain to me so I could answer correctly. WELL worth the money by the time saved in not having to type, guess, reprint, research, figure what additional documents to include, and wonder what's next and if I did it right. PRICELESS.”
