“Loved this service and Mayra was super helpful when we initially applied for K-1 a couple years ago. I never intended to NOT purchase your "adjustment of status package", it's just that I had forgotten you guys once we had a case with USCIS. I would have HAPPILY paid your $279 fee but naively submitted it myself because I felt like I had covered the USCIS checklist thoroughly---not because I was trying save money. I reached out to Mayra the night before I mailed it all and she was not prepared, so I'm not holding her accountable at all. She's been FABULOUS. That said, I now need assistance RE-submitting this packet. It's ready to mail pending your additions and approval. --Bob Senske”

“Everything is nice and very easy, but the price is expensive. If there is a discount, it would be better. Please consider the price only.”

Thank you for your review. We want our prices to be competitive as possible. Lawyers generally charge substantially more. Similar services cost more. In fact, upon checking, we cannot find any services that provide a more competitive price than CitizenPath.

“If I had known this would take over 6 months I would havd used another service. They did not tell me until after I paid. Will def not recommend this service to anyone.”

We're sorry, but using a different service wouldn't make a difference. Your disappointment is with the government's processing time. This has nothing to do with CitizenPath's performance. Our service is provided immediately. Our customers generally experience quicker processing times than average, but reviewing our service based on USCIS processing times is simply unfair.

“Russ and Mayra have been very helpful. They return emails in less than a day. They answer the phone (you can actually get through to them on the phone!!) and give real time answers. USCIS could learn a lot from them!”
